Terms of Service

GenStudio is a web application that lets you generate video, images, and audio using third-party AI models accessed through PiAPI. Generations are paid for using credits.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

• Generations consume credits. Credits are purchased in one-time packs and have no cash value.
• Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Their checkout terms and tax handling apply at the point of sale.
• Because credits are a digital good consumed on use, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are used, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your balance.
• We may change pricing or credit packs at any time; changes do not affect credits you already hold.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, infringes others' intellectual property or privacy, or violates any third party's rights;
• is sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deceptive deepfakes of real people without consent;
• harasses, defames, or promotes violence or hate;
• attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its providers.

You are solely responsible for your inputs and for how you use generated outputs, including obtaining any rights or consents needed (e.g. for faceswap or likeness features). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the underlying model providers' policies.

You retain rights to the inputs you submit. Subject to the underlying model providers' terms, you may use the outputs you generate. We claim no ownership of your generated content. We make no guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, or non-infringing, and outputs may resemble content generated for other users.

Generation is performed by third-party AI models via PiAPI, and payments by Lemon Squeezy. Their availability, behavior, pricing, and model deprecations are outside our control. A model may change or be removed at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Unused credits may be forfeited on termination for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply to you, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
